Murmuri means murmur in Catalan, and the name is as evocative of peace and tranquility as the atmosphere as soon as one enters the hotel. Murmuri was conceived for those searching for an oasis when faced with the constant murmur that a city as vibrant, active and cosmopolitan as Barcelona constantly exudes.

The hotel is located in an original building constructed in 1892 by the well-known Catalan architect Enrique Sagnier.

The Murmuri boasts a marvellous minimalist and luxury interior design by famous British designer Kelly Hoppen that is at once hedonistic and ascetic.
